For custom orders, including single-item custom apparel and bulk custom production orders, customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, placement, and design details prior to production.
 
Once customer approval is given:

• Back Rags is not responsible for errors, typos, content issues, design mistakes, or customer-provided artwork problems

• Approved custom orders are considered final

• Refunds or replacements for approved custom designs are handled solely at Back Rags’ discretion unless the item arrives damaged or defective

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have proper rights or permissions to use any uploaded artwork, logos, trademarks, or designs.
